This Privacy Policy explains how Creliora Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites, applications, and APIs.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through platform use.

• Account data: name, email, company, role, profile details.
• Verification data: KYC documents and tax information for payouts.
• Campaign data: briefs, messages, deliverables, contracts, and approvals.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store transaction references, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, logs, and product analytics.
• Communications: support tickets, contact forms, and newsletter preferences.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Creliora platform.
• Process escrow, contracts, and creator payouts.
• Verify identity and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Send transactional emails and optional marketing (with consent).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. How we share information

We share data with service providers under contract (hosting, email, payments, analytics) only as needed to operate Creliora. Campaign participants can see information required to collaborate (e.g., brand briefs, creator profiles, deliverables).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security, and audit logging. No method of transmission is 100% secure; see /security for more detail.

8. International transfers

Creliora may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where required.

9. Children

Creliora is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
